New! Revamped analysis and Dashboard/Comparative scores

In our previous post, we said we were doing some improvements to our test results analysis page and the dashboard. In this post, we'll talk about the changes to the analysis page.
We realized that most users don't get into detailed analysis of their performance (perhaps they should?), so we decided to focus on what was important first. While it’s important to do a number of numerical tests for practice, it’s of no use if you don’t analyze your performance and figure out a plan to improve on your weaknesses.

First, the key metrics section - now you get to see your performance compared to your peers. This is a big new improvement - because now you know roughly how you stand against others. You also see the global average and highest. In competitive entrance tests and exams, you will want to be there at 90+ percentile.

Then, the question-by-question analysis. This is a feature which few others (if any) numerical test platforms provide, and we think this is a critical element of watching out how you do in the test. by looking at the pattern of correct and wrong, and the time you take for the question, you can figure out what kind of a test taker you are and what mistakes you commit while you do your tests. The cool thing is you can click on a bar and revise the actual question.

We also revamped the question, answers part a little - now showing a mini-snippet of the question so you know if you had particular difficulties with one of them. You can click the link and revise the question.

The point of these changes is to

a) Let you focus on your key performance measures
b) Help you formulate an opinion on what you should do next

And as always, we're focused on keeping it all clean and clutter free. We will briefly describe the changes to the dashboard in the next post.
